Our story
Built for the room we couldn't find
Élodie's Playhouse Café is family run. It started with a young couple and two small children who wanted a calm room to play in — somewhere with good coffee for them and wooden toys for the little ones — and couldn't find it in Vernon.
So they built one. The café opened in May 2026, the first play café in the Vernon area. The playroom is set up like a home, not a carnival: low shelves, a little kitchen, soft arches, and no flashing lights.
Designed by a mom who truly gets it.
