Do we need to wear socks?

Yes! Socks are mandatory for everyone entering the play area. Children must wear grippy socks, and adults must wear regular socks. Forgot yours? No worries, grippy socks are available for purchase at the café.

Can we bring outside food or drinks?

No outside food or drinks, please. This helps us manage allergies and keep our space safe for all our little guests. We're also a small, locally owned café, and purchases from our café help support our business and allow us to continue creating a special space for families. We have lots of yummy food, snacks, and drinks available!

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely! Walk-ins are always welcome when space allows. However, we highly recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends and busy days, to guarantee your spot. Reservations can be made through the Book Now section of our website.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! We offer monthly memberships and punch passes for families who love to visit often. They're a great way to save while enjoying more playtime at the Playhouse!

Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Everyone entering the play area, including adults, must have a signed waiver. You can complete your waiver ahead of time through the Waiver section of our website to make check-in quick and easy.

We sure do, we LOVE birthdays! We offer birthday party packages to make celebrating your little one easy and fun. You can view our packages, choose your date and book your party directly online.

What ages is the Playhouse designed for?

Élodie's Playhouse Café is designed for little ones ages 0 to 6 years old. We also have a separate enclosed baby area where our tiniest guests can safely crawl, explore and play away from the bigger kids.

Do adults have to pay admission?

Two adults are included FREE with each child admission. If you'd like to bring additional adults, they are welcome to join for $5 per extra adult.
